We are very excited to assist you with the launch of your first campaign!
There are 2 types of campaigns on Influencer Marketing:
- Post Campaigns: sending products/services in exchange for social media posts by creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Gifted Review Campaigns: sending products/services in exchange for reviews on the product page of your website by creators.
To create a campaign, please follow these steps:
1. Create Your Store
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab in the top menu
- Then, click on "Edit My Store":
- Enter your brand name.
- Write a brief description explaining the main message and goal of your brand.
- Add your logo and a banner with the recommended pixel size (750x550 for the logo and 1500x440 for the banner).
The banner size is the same as your Twitter page, so feel free to
use the same one.
- Finally, fill in the social media section with links to your brand's official pages.
This way, you provide relevant information about yourself that will help our community present your brand and products correctly in their content.
2. Create a New Campaign
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab in the top menu
- Then, click on "New Campaign"
- Fill in the title of your campaign and select "Continue"
The title should be short and catchy to entice creators to apply.
Next, you just need to complete the following sections:
3. Select the Different Platforms
Select the platforms you will target for your campaign:
- Post Campaigns: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
- Gifted Reviews Campaigns: Gifted Review (consumer reviews) on your product page
You can combine different types of posts across various platforms if you wish!
4. Complete the Campaign Information
The information section serves as a briefing for the Skeepers community. Creators will review it before applying to your campaigns and after being accepted to access product and brand information.
- First, add your main campaign image (The image file must have a minimum resolution of 750x550 pixels) and the introduction video (if applicable).
- Complete your Campaign Description by including your brand’s values and story, highlighting the features that make your product unique.
- Provide clear instructions and emphasize key points: how to create a successful campaign brief?
- Use the Moodboard Feature!
- Highlight the most important instructions in the "Dos and Don’ts".
- If you want the review to be published from a specific date: be sure to indicate the date when creators can start submitting their reviews in the campaign title & the "Dos and Don’ts" instructions.
- Fill in your hashtags & mentions. However, there is no need to add transparency hashtags to your campaign if they are already set up in your Store.
- For Post Campaigns: share promo codes and affiliate links if desired!
Don’t forget to leave some room for creativity!
5. Complete the Product & Logistics Step
The Product & Logistics section will determine the product offering associated with your campaign, whether it is a single product or a set of products.
- Choose your logistics option: handled by Skeepers or by yourself.
- Fill in the Product Name with the name of the product and/or the set you plan to offer to the community.
- From the dropdown menu, select the Category that best fits your offer.
- For the Product Link, select a link to which you want to redirect traffic from the site, as the link will be included as a "swipe-up" link for Instagram Stories and the description link on YouTube.
-
Finally, in the Quantities & Logistics section, you will choose how many products you will distribute as part of your campaign.
Make sure your links work before sharing them.
An incorrect link will prevent the creator from posting their content (which, in turn, will delay the posting of their content).
- For Gifted Reviews, the product link for posts must be the link to the exact page where you want consumers to leave their reviews:
- If you want to launch a campaign for a product that will only be available from a certain date, it is important to add this information to your campaign title. This way, consumers will not be surprised if the link does not work immediately.
Retail Price: This is the price of your product or the total price of the pack. It allows the community to know the estimated value of the products they will receive.
6. Select Your Target Audience
The targeting of your campaign will determine how many creators will be able to see and order from your campaign.
This "Targeting" step allows you to define the ideal creator profile based on factors like sociodemographic data, location, interests, and concerns, etc.
When setting up targeting, keep in mind that the number of creators you choose to target will directly affect the number of applications you receive and the pool of creators you can choose from.
To define your targeting, choose Advanced Criteria to open the full range of targeting options.
7. Schedule Your Campaign
To publish your campaign, you need to select one of these two options.
- "Start Date as Soon as Possible" and "Automatic End Date" : your campaign will be published as soon as you click "Publish" and will close when you accept the last person for your campaign.
- Publish my campaign at a specific date.
We recommend saving your campaign after each step to ensure that all your campaign information, photos, videos, etc., are properly recorded.
Congratulations, you have launched your campaign!
Once your campaign is published, only creators who meet the criteria you selected in the "Targeting" step will be able to see your campaign.
If you wish, you can also offer your campaign to a list of personalized creators; with whom you have already collaborated.
You will find details of your creator audience in the dashboard or by clicking on a specific campaign.
