Plan my annual campaign calendar

It is essential to prepare an editorial calendar for your micro-influencer campaigns. To achieve your marketing objectives in terms of visibility and brand awareness, which are key drivers of conversion, it is crucial to ensure a continuous presence in consumers’ minds throughout the year (a common thread), while strengthening this presence during key moments.

These key moments include:

  • Seasonal calendar highlights
  • Brand-specific events (product launches, store openings…)
  • Key industry moments, such as World Beauty Day on September 9

With Skeepers, you can save time by anticipating as much as possible directly on the platform: plan your campaigns, centralize your content, and keep a global overview for a consistent and efficient strategy.

Our tips for launching campaigns effectively throughout the year

1. Identify

  1. Identify when you need to:
    • Collect content
    • Prepare your campaign (creators have 21 days to post Instagram and TikTok content from the product shipment date)
  2. Choose the key moments to launch your campaigns (Christmas, Black Friday, product launches…)
  3. Organize and distribute your assets in advance. Best practices to optimize your use of assets.
  4. Think about the type of content you want to collect for each campaign

2. Anticipate

  1. Once your seasonal calendar is defined, plan each step of your campaign in advance to avoid last-minute rushes! Discover the campaign timeline.

Product shipping can take time, so it is important to include delivery in your calendar.
  2. Think about the products you want to highlight. We recommend a minimum value of €30.

To reach this amount, you can create product bundles.
For example: you are a label and want to promote a record. However, the CD price is below €30. You can then create a bundle with an additional accessory such as a T-shirt or a cap. Your final offer should tell a story so creators can more easily communicate it to their community.
  3. Try to publish your campaign on our platform at least one month before the planned content date.

3. Optimize

  1. Prepare and schedule your campaigns on our platform. Learn how to launch your first campaign.

Use our feature: "Schedule a campaign" at the Scheduling step when creating a campaign.

  2. Ask creators for multiple pieces of content (e.g. 1 post + 1 Instagram Reel)
  3. Share content examples / moodboards with creators to ensure high-quality UGC that aligns with your brand. Use the moodboard feature.
