We are very happy to support you in launching your first campaign!
There are 2 types of campaigns on Influencer Marketing:
- Social Media Campaigns: sending products/services in exchange for social media posts by creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Gifted Reviews Campaigns: sending products/services in exchange for publishing reviews generated by creators on the product page of your website.
Discover how to create a campaign in a video:
To create a campaign, please follow these steps:
1. Create your Store
- Click the CAMPAIGNS tab in the top menu
- Then, click 'Edit my Store'
- Enter your brand name.
- Write a brief description to explain your brand's main message and objective.
- Add your logo and a banner that meets the recommended pixel dimensions (750x550 for the logo and 1500x440 for the banner).
The banner dimensions are the same as those of your Twitter page, so feel free to
use the same one.
- Finally, fill in the social media section with links to your brand's official pages.
This provides relevant information about you, which will help our community properly present your brand and products in their content.
2. Create a new campaign
- Click the CAMPAIGNS tab in the top menu
- Then, click 'New campaign'
- Enter your campaign title and select 'Continue'
The title should be short and impactful to encourage creators to apply.
Then, simply complete the following sections:
3. Select the different types of content
Select the different types of content you want for your campaign:
- Social Media Campaigns: Instagram Post/Story/Reel, TikTok, YouTube
- Gifted Reviews Campaigns: Gifted Review (consumer review) on your product page
Prioritize one platform per campaign.
4. Enter the campaign settings
First, add your main campaign image (The image file must have a minimum resolution of 750x550 pixels) and the introductory video (if applicable).
Next, select your campaign's main objective: Awareness, Engagement, or Content Repurposing. Learn more.
5. Complete the Products & Logistics step
The Products & Logistics section determines the product offer associated with your campaign, whether it is a single product or a set of products.
- Choose your logistics option: shipping managed by Skeepers or by you.
- Add a product and complete the product information:
- Its product name and/or the name of the set you plan to offer the community
- The category that best matches your offer
- The product link: select a link to which you want to redirect traffic, as the link will be included as a "swipe-up" link for Instagram Stories and as the link in the description section on YouTube.
- The retail price : the price of your product or the total price of the bundle. This allows the community to know the estimated value of the product or products they will receive. It should be attractive enough to encourage creators to apply to your campaign. - After selecting the product, in the Quantities & Logistics section, you will choose how many products you will distribute as part of your campaign.
The quantity corresponds to the number of creators you want to activate for this campaign.
In addition, if the product has variants, click 'This product has variants.'
Make sure your links work before sharing them.
An incorrect link will prevent the creator from publishing their content (which, in turn, will delay the publication of their content).
- For Gifted Reviews, the product link for posts must be the link to the exact page where you want consumers to leave their reviews.
- If you want to launch a campaign for a product that will only be available starting on a certain date, it is important to add this information to your campaign title. This way, consumers will not be surprised if the link does not work immediately.
You can schedule your campaign during the final step of its creation.
6. Complete the brief
Creators review your brief before applying to your campaigns and after being accepted in order to access information about the product and your brand.
- Complete the 'About your product' section by adding your brand's values and story and highlighting the features that make your product unique.
- Complete the 'How should creators promote your product?' : section with what they should do, say, and show in the content
- Then provide more details about the content if you wish: royalty-free music, whether to speak on camera or not, the video's language, content duration, where creators should film the content, which trend to recommend (unboxing, vlog, tutorial, etc.)...
- Show them an example of content you like or a mood board
- Highlight the most important instructions in the Requirements and Restrictions. You can add a maximum of 5 requirements and 5 restrictions. Learn more about instructions.
Example: Requirement: Film in natural light - Restriction: Do not mention or show competing brands or products. - Complete the Include in the content: section and, if you wish, add a promo code, a redirect link, hashtags and mentions.
If you want the review to be published starting on a certain date: remember to indicate the date on which creators can start submitting their reviews in the campaign title & instructions.
Leave some room for creativity & authenticity!
7. Select your target audience
Your campaign targeting will determine how many creators can view and order from your campaign.
This 'Targeting' step allows you to define the ideal creator you are looking for based on data such as demographics, location, interests, and concerns, etc.
When setting up targeting, keep in mind that the number of creators you choose to target will directly affect the number of applications you receive and the pool of creators from which you can choose.
To define your targeting, choose Advanced criteria and open the full range of targeting options.
Then, you can identify your best creators: rate their content, tag top creators, and invite them directly to your campaign without requiring them to apply.
