As part of an influencer campaign, meeting publication deadlines is essential to ensure message consistency and the smooth running of the partnership. However, some creators may not publish their content on time.
From the shipment of the product, creators have varying deadlines depending on the type of content requested:
-
21 days for Instagram/TikTok
-
21 days for Gifted Reviews
-
28 days for YouTube
There are several reasons why creators may not publish on time, whether due to personal reasons (illness, family, etc.) or technical issues (delivery problems, transparency rules, content type, etc.) among others.
When the creator misses their deadline, the request will move to “Undelivered content” status. This status has two consequences: first, the loss of the creator's credit, which will limit the number of campaigns this creator can participate in, and second, the asset consumed for this creator will be returned to you.
