How can I contact the creators?

To build and maintain a lasting relationship with your creators, remember to communicate with them before, during, and after the campaign.

The Messages tab allows you to contact creators, individually or via bulk messaging.

To contact a creator, go to the Messages tab.

Once in this tab, you can search for the creator you want to contact using the various search filters:

Formatted Communication & Links

You can format your message to provide clearer instructions:

  • Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough
  • Bulleted or numbered lists
  • Links

File Sharing

Share attachments with creators directly in conversations:

  • Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP
  • Maximum size: 5 MB

Full Visibility with Read Receipts

Know exactly when a creator has seen your message, without guesswork or unnecessary follow-ups.

The experience is improved for both sides: creators can receive images, interact with links, and see message visibility for smoother collaboration.

Only brands can format messages and add attachments.

Full messaging (formatting + attachments) is available only in Messages. Bulk messaging from other areas does not allow formatting or attachments.

Today, this is the only way to contact influencers directly. So make sure to use this feature!

You can send messages only to influencers who have already placed at least one order for your products.

Also, it is not possible to communicate with "consumer" accounts via messaging.

Send Bulk Messages

You can also send a bulk message to multiple creators.

Formatting, links, or attachments are available only for individual messages and not for bulk messages.

Here are some occasions to engage with your influencers:

  • Reply to messages and questions
  • Provide a brief recap of key information
  • Follow up with influencers so they create their content
  • Thank influencers when the content is particularly creative
  • Notify about content reuse (media coverage)
