To build and maintain a lasting relationship with your creators, remember to communicate with them before, during, and after the campaign.
On what occasions?
Here are a few opportunities to connect with your influencers:
- Respond to their messages and questions
- Give a brief recap of key information
- Follow up with influencers to encourage them to create their content
- Thank influencers when their content is particularly creative
- Notify them of the reuse of their content (promotion or amplification)
Select your favorite influencers and send them a group message to announce your next campaign!
How does it work?
To do so, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on the My Community or Requests tab
- Select the campaign of your choice using the filters
- Check the box to select all influencers from the list
- Click on Send a message
You can then enter the message that will be sent to all selected creators:
All that’s left is to click Send!
You can also send group messages from the Requests tab, especially under Pending Content, when launching your campaign.
This allows you to easily follow up with creators who haven’t published their content yet!
