Do you want to get in touch with your creators? If so, you have the option to contact the influencers, here's how:
Via messaging
First, go to the "Message" tab:
Once in this tab, you will be able to search for the creator you want to contact using the various search filters:
Currently, this is the only way to contact them directly. So feel free to use this feature!
You can send messages only to influencers who have already placed at least one order on your products.
Additionally, it is not possible to communicate with "consumer" accounts via messaging.
