Tracked links, also called affiliate links on our platform, are links shared with creators so that they can integrate them into their content. It is possible to share a generic affiliate link that is the same for all creators, or personalized affiliate links for each individual.
- The tracked link measures clicks (visibility, traffic).
- The promo code, for its part, measures conversion (purchases).
Together, they provide a complete view of performance: who attracts, who converts.
Objectives of tracked links
1. Measure performance
- Track the number of clicks generated by each influencer (if you share a personalized link)
- Observe which platforms perform best (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Determine if clicks lead to purchases, add-to-carts, etc.
2. Optimize your future campaigns
- Identify the formats, creators, and platforms that deliver the most ROI
- Choose the best profiles for upcoming campaigns
3. Complement promo codes
Sometimes a user clicks but does not use a promo code: the tracking link still allows you to identify the traffic source.
Share a generic link
From the Instructions section when creating your campaign:
- Select Affiliate Link.
- Fill in the link you want to share with influencers.
- Save!
Accepted influencers will be required to use this link when posting on YouTube or Instagram Stories.
They will be automatically notified and will have access to the affiliate link in the campaign information from their account.
Share personalized links
If you want to share personalized affiliate links with creators, follow these steps from the Instructions section of your campaign creation:
- Select Affiliate Link.
- Check Use personalized affiliate links.
- Go to the Requests tab. After accepting the creator, go to Ready to Send, then click on Add codes/affiliation > Add promo code > Export orders.
- Complete the downloaded Excel sheet. Fill in the Affiliate Link column in the Excel file. For example: ref=influencerXYZ. Then save!
- Import the file. On the platform, still in the Ready to Send tab, click on Add codes/affiliations > Add promo code > Import orders and import the completed Excel file with the different links.
- Creators will have access to the link in the campaign details from their account and will be able to include it in their content.
