Our Campaigns page has a fresh new look! Get a complete view of each of your campaigns to manage them better: from creator recruitment to product logistics tracking, monitoring content reception & quality, as well as handling issues and expiring orders.
3 tabs available
From the Campaigns tab, access a unified dashboard of your active, draft, or archived campaigns, and find each of them in the corresponding sub-tab:
- Recruitment Open: The campaign is published and visible to creators; spots are still available.
- Scheduled: The campaign is planned for a later date.
-
Recruitment Closed: The campaign is no longer visible to creators. This happens automatically when all stock is allocated or when the brand manually closes the campaign.
Collection is in progress.
The campaign has been created but is not yet published.
The campaign is automatically archived 15 days after the last content has been received or has expired.
If you grant an extension to expired orders while a campaign is archived, the campaign becomes active again.
You can filter campaigns by name, type, or product, or create a new campaign.
Managing your campaigns
For each campaign, manage key information and track the progress of different steps:
- Requested content type
- Publication / modification date
- Campaign views
-
Applicants: Total number of applicant profiles linked to the campaign: applicants + preselected.
Remember, you have 10 days to accept or reject an application.
By clicking the arrow, you will be redirected to the Applicants page to view the creator’s key profile information. Learn how to select the best creators for your campaign. -
Selected creators: Number of confirmed orders, i.e., the sum of invitations accepted by creators and applications accepted by you.
By clicking the arrow, you will be redirected to the My Community tab. On this page, you can manage your creators by tagging your favorites, for example. -
Products to ship: Number of orders that require shipping (products to be sent to creators).
By clicking the arrow, you will be redirected to the Ready to Ship tab where product logistics are managed. If you handle logistics yourself, remember to update the order status by clicking Ship when sending products so that creators can publish their content.
-
Pending content: Content that creators still need to submit, e.g., Instagram Story or Reel.
By clicking the arrow, you can access the Pending Content tab to track the progress of these submissions in more detail. -
Collected content: Content already received for the campaign and available in Reports Content to review and reuse on your website or social media.
For example, if a campaign requests 1 post + 1 Instagram story and both are delivered, the total is 2.
You can edit the campaign if needed, preview it, and use the three dots menu to close recruitment, duplicate, or delete the campaign.
