How do I create an event campaign?

Want to create an event campaign and invite creators to join and promote it? With our Influencer Marketing platform, you can!

This type of campaign allows you to collaborate with creators to promote a specific event (product launch, festival, brand or product anniversary, brand experience, activation, etc.). Creators attend your event and then share their experience with their community through content (vlogs, stories, posts, Reels, etc.).

To create this type of campaign, simply follow the steps for creating a standard campaign, with a few adjustments:

  1. Choose the platform(s) where you want the content to be published.
  2. Create a dummy product: "Invitation to an exclusive event" with the corresponding visual.
  3. Create a title that includes the event date. For example: "💌 BRAND Event Invitation – September 15"
  4. Add the practical information directly in the campaign brief. For example:
⚠️ Please only apply to this campaign if you are available on the date and time specified in the brief.
    📍WHERE? Meeting location address
    🕘 WHEN? September 15, 2026
    🎁 ON-SITE GIFTS: Expect a few surprises—you definitely won't leave empty-handed 🤫
✚ 1? Unfortunately, guests are not allowed at this event.
👕 Dress code: No specific dress code.
☝️ Publish your vlog within a few days after the event!
ℹ️ Don't forget to bring a valid ID, as there will be an identity check at the entrance 😊
  5. In the brief, don't hesitate to provide the event background: what you're celebrating, why you're organizing it, etc.
  6. Also in the brief, explain the expected content: the type of content required and any elements to include, such as mentioning your account, required hashtags, and more.

Make sure to change the dummy product order status from "To ship" to "Shipped" one or two days before the event.

Without this fictitious shipment, the creator won't be able to link their content to the Skeepers app.

We recommend using Skeepers Messaging:

  • Pin the creator, then send them a message before approving their application to make sure they are available on the day of the event. I want to contact a creator.
  • Send a bulk message two days before the event to confirm that all creators will be attending. I want to send a bulk message.
If a creator is no longer available, simply cancel their order. If the campaign has already been closed and you would like to find a replacement, you can then reopen it.

Once you've collected all the content, you'll be able to:
