As a brand, you have the ability to rate content created by a creator.
Creator content evaluation is important because it is used to refine the relevance of creators suggested to you. The creator is not informed; this information is only used to calculate the creator's overall score and improve recommendations for your future campaigns.
This score allows you to assess a creator's application more quickly if you have already worked with them, as you can see at a glance the score you gave to their previous content.
Your rating is immediately taken into account in the creator's evaluation. When you receive applications for your campaign, you can filter the highest-rated creators to ensure quality content.
You can rate content from Social Media campaigns, but not Gifted Reviews. However, if you consider a review inappropriate or unsuitable, you can report it directly.
How to rate content?
Go to the Reports tab:
- Click on the Content tab.
- Click on the post you want to rate.
- Then click on the star of your choice. Your rating will be anonymous.
If you wish, you can change your rating after posting.
When you give a rating of 3 stars or lower, you will be asked to justify your reason (insufficient visual quality, lack of authenticity, etc.). This information will not be shared with the creator but will be used to improve our community and the creators recommended for your brand.
Keep in mind that content ratings should be objective. For example, the reason "I don't like the content" will not be valid.
