If you believe there is an issue with the content a creator has published about your product, you can report it.
You can report content from Social Media campaigns and Gifted Reviews.
What are the reasons you might report content?
- Physical product and/or product application not visible
- The creator did not try the product or give feedback on the product
- Neither the brand nor the product name is mentioned in the description
- The content is not suitable for the audience
- The content may not comply with transparency rules
Keep in mind that content rating must be objective.
For example, the reason "I don’t like the content" will not be valid.
How to report content on the platform?
Go to the Reports tab:
- Click on the Content tab
- Click on the post you want to report
- Then click on Report and explain the reason for reporting
