Can I use music in my content?

You have published your video content on Instagram and would like to import it into Skeepers. However, during validation, you are informed that you have used music that is not royalty-free.

Can I validate my campaign?

The answer is no

Indeed, music is protected by intellectual property rights, so it is mandatory to hold a license in order to include music in content intended for commercial use.

Instagram's rules regarding non-royalty-free music are strict and therefore prevent brands from downloading the content to reuse or repost it on their social networks.

Do not use music in your content if the brand has not requested it in its instructions. You will avoid many inconveniences.

How can I use music in my posts?

Each social network has its own music library, designed for commercial content use, where you can find music that can be used as part of commercial influencer campaigns. 

Please note: in the context of influencer campaigns and on platforms that offer them, it is important to distinguish between music libraries for personal use and music libraries for commercial use. Only the latter provide sufficient rights to use music in commercially intended content.

Music libraries:

It may be useful to select 4 to 5 tracks that match your content and that you will use exclusively for your brand collaborations. This applies both on and off Skeepers, as the rule generally applies to all brand partnerships.
