If you are unable to validate/publish your content on the platform, there may be several reasons:
When the campaign offer is a physical product, it must be sent by the brand or Skeepers. To publish your content on our platform, the brand must confirm that your package has been sent.
However, in some cases, the brand forgets this step, and as a result, you cannot validate your collaboration.
Change the status of your order yourself!
Type "I cannot click on Publish my content" in our Chatbot to change the status of your collaboration yourself in 2 clicks.
You can only do this after a few days because we want you to test the product for some time to give the most complete and authentic review possible.
Check the campaign brief
Check the campaign brief. The brand may have specified a specific date for publishing the content, such as a product launch.
Contact the brand
Otherwise, contact the brand, as they can update the status of your order.
There’s no need to contact us right away, as we cannot perform this action: it is up to the brand to do so.
To contact the brand, go to the "Inbox" tab, or follow these instructions.
If you are not registered as an Influencer and only see Gifted Reviews campaigns, then you cannot contact the brand.
You can first send a message to the brand on Instagram, but if you don’t receive a response after waiting 48h-72h, you can send us a request through our support widget on the platform.
No response from the brand
If you do not get a response from the brand after 48h-72h, you can send us a request through the contact icon on the platform.
Once the issue is resolved
As soon as the "Publish" button becomes available, you can upload your content to our platform!
