Contact the right person
If the brand sent the package
In this case, you need to send a message to the brand on Skeepers to notify them. If you don't receive a response from the brand, we recommend first sending a message to the brand on Instagram. Finally, if the brand hasn't responded after these two attempts and 72 hours, then contact Skeepers using the blue contact icon.
If Skeepers sent the package
If we are responsible for this shipment, then contact us as soon as possible via the blue contact icon and send us these documents:
- A photo of the broken product
- A photo of the product in the package
- A photo of the logistics label on the package
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
