An influencer may report a shipping issue. In this article, discover the steps to follow based on your logistics management.
Shipping managed by Skeepers
Skeepers is responsible for the shipment and any related issues concerning the delivery of your products.
There are 3 options in case of a delivery problem:
- Resend the product: if it has been returned to the warehouse (this option does not affect stock).
- Send a new product: if the delivery service lost the package (stock quantity will be affected).

Cancel the creator's request: generally when no stock is left.
In case of a conflict of interest:
If the creator claims they did not receive the package, even if the order status is "delivered," it is your responsibility to inform Skeepers of the next steps (resend, cancel, etc.).
You manage the shipping
If a delivery issue is reported, you will see a red exclamation mark in the Pending Content tab of the Requests section.
First, we encourage you to contact the influencer directly from the Messages tab !
The possible actions are then:
- Mark as Received: indicates that the issue is resolved and the creator received the product.
- Send a new product: stock will then be affected.
- Cancel the request: generally when you cannot send a new product because there is no stock left.
