How do I tag creators?

Tags are custom labels assigned to creators. They allow you to segment your creator community based on your criteria: location, performance, style... making it easy to find them for your future campaigns.

Use your tags to refine campaign targeting or quickly find your favorite creators to invite. More details are provided in this article!

Your custom lists become tags. Custom lists were platform-specific (Instagram Post, Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, or Gifted Review), whereas tags are now assigned at the creator level.

How does it work?

You can assign a tag to a creator from different sections of the platform:

  • The My Community tab
  • The creator’s profile
  • From the content pop-up window in the Reports section
  • The Requests tab, where the Tag column is visible: Creators to Invite, Invited Creators, Applicants, Shortlisted.

Easily organize and manage your tags by creating, editing, or deleting them at any time:

Create a new tag

To create a new tag, simply type the name of the new tag in the search bar and press Enter:

Note:

• Tags cannot have the same name as an existing tag.
• Tags cannot exceed 25 characters.
• The tag ❤️ My Favorites ❤️ is created by default and cannot be deleted. When you like a creator, they are automatically added to this list.
• Tags are not visible to creators.

Remove a tag from a creator

Simply click the cross next to the tag name or the Add button, then uncheck the tags from the list:

You can edit or delete your tags by clicking Manage All Tags, accessible after clicking Add in the Tags column:

Use tags as a targeting criterion

You can use tags as a targeting criterion.

During campaign creation, go to the Targeting step and select the desired tag(s):

Keep in mind that the criteria applied via advanced filters do not apply to creators included in the selected tag(s). For example, if you select the “female” criterion but your tag also includes male creators, they will still be targeted.

Invite your favorite creators

In the Targeting section, you can also save time by inviting creators associated with your tags to join your campaign. This allows you to easily get high-quality UGC.

These creators will be automatically added to the campaign if they choose to participate, without having to apply.

In the Targeting step of your campaign creation, click Invite:

Invited creators will receive a brand invitation and can order their product directly:
