It is very important to meet the deadline assigned to each piece of content.
Starting from the date the product is shipped, you will have the following deadlines to publish your content:
- 21 days for Gifted Reviews
- 21 days for Instagram and TikTok
- 28 days for YouTube
We recommend that you strictly adhere to these deadlines to avoid your order expiring and losing your credit.
Make sure to follow our Golden Rules, because after 3 expired credits, your Skeepers account may be deactivated.
Logistical issue or another constraint?
IIf you encounter a logistical issue, if the product requires more time to be tested, if you have an unexpected personal situation, or if you experience a technical issue (e.g. you can’t access your social media account), you can extend the deadline for publishing your content by 3 days:
- In the "To do" tab, click the content in question

Then click "Extend the deadline":
You are entitled to one extension request per order.
If your order expired less than 48 hours ago, you have a second chance! You can extend the deadline for publishing your content by 10 days by clicking "Extend deadline" in the "Expired" tab.
