My credit is about to expire, or has already expired

In this article, we will see why your review may expire, what to do when this happens, and how to avoid it:

You can apply to as many campaigns as you want, within the limit of your remaining credits. However, each campaign has its own guidelines and in particular a time limit to publish.

What to do in the case of an expired review?

Has your credit just expired?

Type "I lost my credit" in our Chatbot to add 3 additional days to your collaboration yourself in just 2 clicks.

Please note, do not use capital letters in your email, as it will not work.

If your collaboration expired more than 2 days ago, you cannot perform this action yourself. Please follow these steps:

  • Send a message to the brand
  • If the brand agrees to give you another chance to publish: contact our Support through the Help button on the platform 

If you don’t receive a response from the brand: contact us directly via the Help button.

When does a review expire?

An order becomes expired when you fail to meet your review deadline.

You have a specific number of days to publish your content after the shipment of the package:

  • 21 days to publish a Gifted Review
  • 21 days to publish a content on Instagram and TikTok
  • 28 days to publish a YouTube and YouTube Shorts review.

For some campaigns, there is a specific time range for the review to be submitted due to the needs of the brand. These time limits must be respected!

In fact, some campaigns are scheduled in relation to the release of a product and therefore should not be communicated before a certain date.

Conversely, a campaign can also promote an offer that has a deadline, so it must not exceed this date.

If you don't send your review in time, your order will expire.

How to prevent a review from expiring?

A delay in publishing can happen to anyone; we also recommend notifying the brand via the messaging system on our platform. This way, the brand can add an additional timeframe to allow you to publish on time.
