Once your campaign is launched, you can track all requests and the process of sending products to creators from start to finish.
Go to the REQUESTS tab in your back office:
You will have access to 5 very useful statuses for your logistical process:

Click on the different tabs to discover what they correspond to:
For Post Campaigns: requests you need to accept or decline.
For Gifted Reviews campaigns: this tab will be empty because requests are automatically approved.
For Gifted Reviews campaigns: this tab will be empty because requests are automatically approved.
Post Campaigns: accepted requests.
Gifted Reviews campaigns: all directly approved requests.
From there, Skeepers will handle the shipping of the products for you.

Skeepers updates this column when the product has left the warehouse and is on its way to the creator.
There are several reasons for this:
- The creator did not receive the product.
- You canceled the collaboration.
- You noticed delivery issues.
The creator did not meet the mandatory posting deadline:
- 21 days for Gifted Reviews.
- 28 days for Instagram and TikTok.
- 35 days for YouTube.
If necessary, you can extend the posting deadline for creators before the order expires. To learn more, click here.

In this section, you must:
- Click on "Send" from the Actions column to change the status of the order so the creator can link their content once published.
- If you have it, add the tracking number.

Access canceled requests by clicking on Others. There are several reasons for this:
