Once your campaign is launched, you can track all requests and the process of sending products to creators from start to finish.
Go to the REQUESTS tab in your back-office:
You will access 4 very useful statuses as part of your logistics process:
Shipping managed by Skeepers
Click on the different tabs to find out what they correspond to:

- When you reject a request, creators are notified and recover their credit.
- They will not receive your product and therefore will no longer see this campaign.
- However, this creator will be able to view your future campaigns.
- The campaign is out of stock and all pending requests have been automatically cancelled.
- The creator cancelled their request (before it was managed by your team).
- You cannot cancel the order after accepting the creator's request.
- Total number of creators whose credit has expired.
- This means they did not meet the mandatory deadline for publication from the date of product delivery.
