Do you want to cancel an order?
There are 2 possible cases:
🚚 Shipping managed by Skeepers
When you manage your logistics, you cannot cancel the order after accepting the influencer's request.
📦 Shipping managed by your brand
In this case, you can cancel an order only if the influencer has reported a delivery issue. This is done under the "requests" tab, in the "sent" section:
Here, you will see creators who have reported a shipping problem. To cancel these orders, you will need to click the red button under the "actions" column:
Therefore, we recommend being cautious before clicking the "Validate" button!
