What is a credit, and how does it work?

Our platform works with credits that you can exchange for products.

How does it work? 

  • You will automatically get 1 credit when joining Skeepers and verifying your email address.
  • You will receive 1 additional credit after ordering and submitting your first review (to do so, you need to complete your personal profile).
  • You will get 3 extra credits by conecting your Instagram, Tiktok or Youtube Channel to your Skeepers account.

Each time you order a product, a credit is taken away from your Account.

This credit is refunded back into your account when submitting a Review.

1 credit = 1 collaboration

It's as simple as that!

If you are running out of credits: you probably haven't completed your collaborations.

For this reason, the credits haven't been refunded back into your account.

 

My credit is about to expire or has already expired

 

You have used the platform a few years ago and wish to order a new product?

If you want to get your credits back, please contact the Brand to explain them why you couldn't complete the collaboration at the time.

They may accept to cancel the old collaborations.

If the Brand accepts to cancel the old collaborations, please contact us: we will cancel the Campaigns and send the credits back on your Account.
