View and manage your Brand Notification Center

The Brand Notification Center centralizes notifications related to your store’s activity directly in the Influencer Marketing back office.

From any page in the back office, a bell icon lets you view new applications, orders to ship, shipping issues, received content, ad codes, messages, and actions related to shipping forms.

View your notifications

The bell in the header displays a counter corresponding to your unread notifications. It remains accessible from all back-office pages.

  1. Click the bell icon to open the notifications panel.
  2. View the notifications displayed from most recent to oldest. They are grouped into the Today and Older sections.
  3. Click Load more to display 20 additional notifications.
  4. Click the bell again or ✕ to close the panel.

Opening the panel marks all your notifications as read. The unread notification counter then returns to 0.

Understanding the different types of notifications

The notifications displayed depend on your campaign activity and, for certain logistics notifications, your store’s shipping method.

Updating notifications

Notifications are generated daily, with one notification per type, except for new applications, for which one notification is created per campaign.

Each time they run, existing notifications are updated without creating duplicates. Therefore, a brand that is absent for several days finds a single up-to-date notification per type, rather than one notification per day. If the number changes, the notification moves to the top of the list and reappears as unread.

  • Action notifications display the store’s current total, such as the number of pending applications.

  • Content notifications—gifted reviews, social posts, ad codes, and messages—display the number of items received since your last visit.

The counters are based on a daily snapshot. If you process items during the day, the counter does not update immediately: it is updated during the next cycle.

Logistics notifications

The logistics notifications available vary depending on the shipping method used by your store.

Orders shipped by you

You may receive Ready to ship notifications for accepted orders that still need to be shipped and Shipping issue notifications when a creator reports a shipping issue.

Orders shipped by Skeepers

You may receive the Shipping form notification when products are marked "Quantities to come" in campaigns. The Generate shipping form action opens the window where you can do this.

Manage read and unread notifications

The read or unread status is specific to each user. If several collaborators work on the same store, each person therefore has their own read status.

When you open the panel, your notifications are marked as read and your counter returns to 0, without changing the read status of other collaborators.

FAQ

Why doesn’t the counter change after I process items?

The counter corresponds to a daily snapshot and remains unchanged during the day. It is updated during the next cycle.

Do my colleagues see the same unread notifications?

No. The read or unread status is tracked individually for each user.
