A dashboard is available on the platform to help you track your campaign usage.
Go to the Reports > Usage tab to access all information related to your campaign consumption.
Overview:
- 4 KPI cards: published campaigns, UGC collected, active campaigns, and creator collaborations, each split between Social post and Gifted Reviews.
- Key indicators evolution chart: monthly trend visualization for each metric, with the ability to switch indicators via a dropdown.
- Campaign details table: list of all active campaigns during the selected period, including status, campaign type, number of creators involved, key dates, and assets collected. Search and sorting features are available.
KPI Cards
Four key indicators are displayed at the top of the dashboard:
- Published campaigns: number of campaigns created (first publication) during the selected period, split between Social post and Gifted Reviews.
- UGC collected: number of social posts and gifted reviews collected during the selected period.
- Active campaigns: number of campaigns that generated at least one order or UGC during the selected period, split between Social post and Gifted Reviews.
- Creator collaborations: number of unique creators the brand collaborated with during the selected period.
Key Indicators Evolution Chart
This bar chart shows the monthly evolution of the selected indicator over the chosen period.
You can switch indicators via the dropdown to view the following metrics:
- Social post campaigns
- Gifted Reviews campaigns
- UGC Social post collected
- UGC Gifted Reviews collected
- Creator collaborations
Months that are partially covered by the selected period are displayed with a hatched pattern and labeled as “Partial period”. This behavior is expected and does not indicate a data error.
Campaign Details Table
The campaign details table lists all active campaigns during the selected period (i.e. campaigns that generated at least one order or UGC during that time).
For each campaign, the following information is displayed:
- Status: open recruitment, closed recruitment, or archived
- Campaign ID
- Campaign name
- Campaign type: Influence (social post) or Gifted review
- First publication date
- Last order date
- Last social post date
- Number of creators involved
- Assets collected: number of social posts and gifted reviews collected
The table is searchable by campaign name or ID, sortable by column, with pagination (15 rows per page).
Warning
If you exceed the 120-creators limit per campaign defined in your contract, multiple campaigns may be counted (e.g. 200 creators = 2 campaigns), even if this is not directly visible in the dashboard.
