How to connect a Shopify store?

Step 1: Creating an app for the Shopify store

You'll have to ask your Shopify organization owner to grant you access to https://dev.shopify.com/dashboard, or share with them to do the following procedure

A few actions must be completed to initiate the integration : 

  1. Log in to your store: https://dev.shopify.com/dashboard
  2. Go to Apps = Create an App “Skeepers”
  3. In URLs : set the App URL to https://skeepers.io/
  4. Set the Webhooks API Version to 2025-04
  5. In Access, please select ALL 9 required scopes: write_customers • read_customers • write_discounts • read_discounts • write_fulfillments • read_fulfillments • write_orders • read_orders • read_product
  6. Click on Release at the bottom of the screen and give your Version a name “Version 1” and Release
  7. In the app you just created, go on Home in the vertical navigation menu
  8. Click on Install app on the top right corner
  9. Select your store

Step 2: Generate & Configure the Skeepers App

Following installation, acouple of actions have to be done to configurethe Skeepers app:

  1. In the app you just created, go on Settings in the vertical navigation menu
  2. Copy and save the following:
    - Client ID
    - Secret ID
  3. In the app you just created, go on Home in the vertical navigation menu
  4. Click on Install app on the top right corner
  5. Select your store — Once you’re redirected on your Shopify store admin, click on Install

Step 3: Share Client IDs

Once the previous steps are completed, please reach out to your CSM with the following information: 

  • Shopify Store Name
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret Key

Once successfully linked, our team can initiate a test order.

To proceed, please confirm the following details. Otherwise, they will be automatically filled in using our default test language.

  • Preferred Shipping Method
  • Product Name
  • Customer/Address Information
  • [OPTIONAL] Customize Skeepers Tag
    All orders auto-apply Skeepers as a tag.

How does it work?

I would like to integrate and manage influencers’ orders in the customer order flow

Influencers’ orders are automatically created and integrated into the Shopify order flow. They will be visible thanks to the “Skeepers” tag. All necessary information for shipping parcels is automatically sent:

 

Orders are processed directly by the team responsible for parcel shipping in Shopify. Once processing is completed, the Influencer Marketing platform retrieves the tracking number:

  • Stock management helps anticipate future campaigns, shipments, and product availability
