Step 1: Creating an application for the Shopify store
First of all, you will need to ask your Shopify organization owner to grant you access to https://dev.shopify.com/dashboard , or share this procedure with them so they can complete it themselves.
A few actions must be performed to initiate the integration:
- Log in to your store: https://dev.shopify.com/dashboard
- Go to Apps ⇒ Create an application and name it “Skeepers”
- In URLs: set the application URL to https://skeepers.io/
- Set the Webhooks API version to 2025-07
- Under Access, select the 9 required permissions: write_customers • read_customers • write_discounts • read_discounts • write_fulfillments • read_fulfillments • write_orders • read_orders • read_product
- Click Publish, name your version (“Version 1”), then publish it
- Go to Home in the app menu
- Click Install application
- Select your store
Step 2: Generate and configure the Skeepers application
After installation, configure the Skeepers application:
- Go to Settings in the app menu
- Copy and save:
▪ Client ID
▪ Secret ID - Return to Home
- Click Install public application
- Select your store and click Install in Shopify admin
Step 3: Configure the application
Once installed, the application is available in Shopify admin. Three configuration options are available:
The brand defines the tag that will be automatically applied to all Influencer Marketing orders in Shopify.
Select the shipping method for Influencer Marketing orders.
Two types of test orders can be created:
- Test order: $0 order for configuration validation.
- Real order: full Shopify order for end-to-end testing.
The product is selected directly in the app and the order appears immediately.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of creator content linked to the brand.
Data is updated once a day.
How does it work?
Orders are automatically created in Shopify with the Skeepers tag.
Tracking information is then retrieved:
- Inventory is available on the Influencer Marketing platform
- Stock management helps anticipate campaigns and shipments
