How does it work?

If Skeepers handles your logistics, make sure that all products related to the campaign, intended for both influencers and winners, are already available in its warehouse.
Tip: In addition to the standard stock campaign, where all brand products are listed, you can create a stock campaign dedicated only to the gifts that will be sent to winners.
This will help efficiently manage the logistics of sending gifts to winners.
Step 3: Create the brief
Create a dedicated campaign for this giveaway and prepare a clear, structured, and detailed brief.

It is essential that the draw is performed by the influencer.
The draw date must be set by the brand before the campaign goes live.
Step 5 - Logistics and gift delivery
- Send the product(s) to influencers.
- After the draw, collect winner information via a form (e.g., Google Form). Required details: first name, last name, postal address, postal code, phone number, email address.
- The form must be shared with influencers via the platform’s “Messages” tab and must be completed before a specified deadline.
- Once information is received, ship the products.
- We will handle sending gifts to both influencers and winners.
- Influencers must provide winner details via a form (e.g., Google Form). Required details: first name, last name, postal address, postal code, phone number, email address.
- The form must be shared via the platform’s “Messages” tab and completed before a specified deadline.
- Once all influencers have completed the form, winner details must be sent to the logistics team by email (logistics-fr-octoly@skeepers.io).
