Sometimes, creators may not publish their content, often due to personal constraints, lack of availability, or adjustments during the campaign. No worries: to optimize your publication rate, simply follow these recommendations.
Check the publication rate on the platform
To check your campaign’s publication rate on the Skeepers platform:
- Go to the Reports > Social Media Performance tab
- Select your campaign in the filters
- Go to the Top 10 campaigns section and find information about your campaign, including the publication rate
Best practices to maximize the publication rate
Make sure the offer is attractive
Provide a product reward of at least €30. If it’s not possible to offer a higher-value product, create bundles, i.e., product sets.
It’s important to highlight this in your campaign brief (perceived value vs. required effort).
Reach out to creators via private message
- To confirm understanding of the brief
- To follow up 1 week after receiving the product
- To strengthen the bond with your creator community

Offer flexibility: add a few extra days if needed
Sometimes, a creator may need a little more time to finalize their publication (delivery delays, unforeseen events, etc.).
Extending the deadline helps maintain smooth collaboration and ensures the quality of published content.

Evaluate content after each campaign
To collaborate only with profiles that meet your expectations, you should:
- Rate the creator’s content after each collaboration
- Build your favorites lists
- Block creators who don’t follow the guidelines
