How Does it Work?

  1. The creator publishes content on TikTok / Instagram on their feed.
  2. The brand selects the content on the Skeepers platform and requests an Ad Code from the creator.
  3. The brand monitors the request status: Requested, Received, Error, Expired.
  4. The brand obtains the Ad Code from the creator, granting permission to reuse the content.
  5. The brand uses the Ad Code to launch a paid advertising campaign.
  6. The video appears as a sponsored post reaching a broad audience, with a call-to-action visible after 3 seconds, redirecting to the website.

This workflow allows you to quickly activate your top-performing content and measure its impact across multiple platforms.

Getting an Ad Code from the Platform

To request the influencer's authorization to use their UGC in an ad launched on TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager, first go to the Influencer Marketing platform.

Navigate to the Reports tab > Content tab > apply filters for TikTok / Instagram platform & the desired time period if needed.

You will then see all TikTok / Instagram content potentially usable for an amplification campaign. Follow these steps:

1. I request the Ad Code from the influencer

Click Request Ad Code on your favorite content:

The Request Ad Code button is also available when clicking on a content item to view more details:

There is no guarantee the influencer will allow you to use their content.

However, when the influencer receives your request, we explain the benefits of accepting it and providing the Ad Code.

2. I wait for the influencer’s approval

The Ad Code status is "Requested":

You will receive an email if the influencer shares their Ad Code.

You can also check the Ad Code status in the influencer’s content:

3. I copy the received Ad Code

If the influencer has provided their Ad Code, click Copy Ad Code and paste it into TikTok or Meta Ads Manager to reuse the content for your amplification campaign:

Clicking on content from an influencer who has already shared their Ad Code shows:

  • The remaining days to use the Ad Code (recommended: 60 days).
  • The Copy Ad Code button.
  • A link to directly access messaging to contact the influencer if needed.

To track received, requested, and expired Ad Codes, you can filter your content by Ad Code status:

Use this Ad Code in your TikTok / Meta Ads Manager to launch an ad campaign with the influencer’s content:

Enter the Spark Code:

  1. In your ad, enable the Partnership Ad option
  2. Click Enter partnership ad code and paste the Ad code provided by the creator.
    Note: The first identity will automatically be the creator’s account. The second identity will be your business account. If you manage multiple accounts, make sure to select the correct one for the second identity.
  3. Finalize your ad setup by choosing your Call to Action and Destination.
  4. Click Publish to launch the partnership ad.

What type of content can be boosted?
  • TikTok: organic public videos only
  • Instagram: feed posts (static/carousel), Story, or Reel with the Paid Partnership label enabled
What should I do if I encounter issues with an Ad Code?

Ad Codes are generated outside of Skeepers. If you encounter issues with the validity period or format of the Ad Code, it is recommended to contact the creator directly via instant messaging.

Why is my Ad Code request still pending?

It is not guaranteed that the creator will approve your request to use their content.

When the creator receives your request, we explain the benefits of accepting and sharing the Ad code with you.

Can I specify the expected validity period for the Spark Code?

No, the validity period is set by the creator on TikTok. We recommend that they create a code with a 60-day period to maximize exposure and engagement for their content. However, they can adjust this duration according to their preferences.
