How can I use the content?

You are permitted to use content created by our creators across any media platform (including social networks, websites, TV, newsletters, etc.) for a period of 20 years. For more information, click here

How many days creators have to create the content?

The countdown for creators begins upon receiving their product. They have 14 days for Gifted Reviews, 21 days for TikTok and Instagram content, and 28 days for YouTube videos.

What to do if the creator doesn’t reply to my messages?

If you’re having trouble getting a response from a creator, you can contact our Customer Care team through the Help widget. They will reach out to the creators through various channels to ensure you get an answer.

Where can I find my asset/credit usage on my account?

Find this information on the homepage of your account by clicking on the Skeepers logo. The remaining asset count (e.g., 9675/10000) is also displayed when you create a new campaign and click on "Platforms & Reviews."

Can I send mass messages to influencers?

Yes, you can! Go to the INFLUENCERS tab, filter to display only the influencers you’re looking for, and click on ‘Send message.’ You can use variables such as the name in these messages to make them feel more personal.

What is the recommended value for an offer?

The value of the offer is crucial when working with micro-influencers. We recommend a total value of around $30, whether it's a single product or a bundle. This helps make your campaign more appealing to creators.

Can I request two types of content from creators?

Yes, it is possible to request two different types of content from creators, such as a Post and an Instagram Reel. However, we recommend prioritizing two pieces of content on the same platform. Indeed, asking for content for different platforms, such as TikTok and Instagram, may limit the number of influencers eligible for your campaign, as their audience might not align with both formats.
