Why can't my creator submit his content?

The influencer might encounter difficulties during the validation step of their content, and this can be due to several reasons:

Transparency rules

If the influencer does not correctly follow this step, the system will not allow the content validation. The elements to watch out for are: the spelling of mentions, the placement of mentions (always at the beginning of the description).

The type of content

Occasionally, the influencer may not create the type of content requested for the particular campaign. In this situation, the influencer will not see the content in the gallery and will not be able to select it for submission.

For example: You launch a campaign where you ask for a story + an Instagram post, but instead of the post, the creator makes a reel, this will not be visible for submission.

In this case, the influencer will need to contact us so we can manually validate the content internally.

The creator's personal account settings

For the system to fetch the content and validate it on the platform, the social network account must be set to “public”.

Another required element is the “like” counter on the content, as without it, the statistics cannot be transmitted from the social network platform to the Skeepers platform.

For various reasons, the influencer may change one of these settings, which will block the content upload.
