Why can't my creator submit his content?

The creator may encounter difficulties during the content validation stage for various reasons, including non-compliance with transparency rules, producing content that is inappropriate for your campaign, or incorrect settings on their personal account.

Non-compliance with transparency rules

If the influencer does not properly follow this step, the system will not allow the content to be validated. The key elements to pay attention to are: the spelling of the mentions and their placement (always at the beginning of the description).

Inappropriate content type

It is possible that the creator does not produce the type of content requested for the campaign in question. In this case, the creator will not see the content in the gallery and will not be able to select it for submission.

For example: if you launch a campaign requesting an Instagram Story + Post, but the creator produces a Reel instead of the Post, it will not be visible for submission.

In this case, the creator must contact our team so that we can manually validate the content internally.

Incorrect personal account settings

For the system to be able to submit content for validation on the platform, the social media account must be set to “public”.

Another essential element is displaying the number of “likes” on the content; without this, the statistics cannot be transmitted from the social media platform to the Skeepers platform.

It is therefore possible that, for various reasons, the influencer changes one of these settings, which will result in a blockage during content submission.

Extending the publication deadline

It is then possible to extend the creators’ publication deadlines if needed so they can still publish their content. To do this:

  1. From the top menu, click on My Community
  2. Then click on the Pending Content section
  3. Find the creator of your choice and click Add Additional Time
  4. Enter the number of days you want to add (maximum 15 days)
  5. Finally, click Add Additional Time to confirm!

You can also add extra time for your expired orders that are less than 60 days old.

To do this, go to Requests > Other > Undelivered Content and follow the same steps as for pending content.

You can add up to 15 additional days.
