Campaign Reports and Key Performance Indicator Tracking

It is important to track and understand the results of the various campaigns you have launched on the platform!

You can access your campaign tracking in the Reports tab of your back-office: your strengths, areas for improvement, goal achievement...

Within the Reports tab, you will find the following sub-tabs:

Social Media Performance Tab

Post Campaigns:

In this tab, you will discover all the key performance indicators related to:

  • overall performance
  • the evolution of views and interactions
  • the top 10 highest-rated creators
  • the top 10 posts
  • the top 10 campaigns

Use the filters to analyze a campaign, a platform type, a creator, or a specific period.

Content Tab

Post Campaigns:

In this tab, you will access a summary of:

  • the number of published posts
  • interactions: total number of likes on Instagram and total views on YouTube
  • engagement rate:
    • Instagram: (likes + comments) / number of followers
    • YouTube: (comments + likes + shares) / number of views
  • influencer posts

Filter by date, campaign, product, or platform.

  • Number of likes
  • Engagement rate
  • Ability to use the content in other media (depending on your license)

Gifted Reviews Tab

Gifted Reviews Campaigns:

Access all the Gifted Reviews posted about your products.

Filter by campaign, creators, and period:

3 KPIs are analyzed according to the selected filters:

  1. Posts: number of Gifted Reviews published during the selected period
  2. Recommendation: recommendation rate based on the Gifted Reviews
  3. Rating: average consumer rating

Operations Tab

Post and Gifted Reviews Campaigns:

Here you will find the number of orders, products sent, and the evolution of orders:

Important data for your store’s activity:

Gifted Reviews Campaigns:

  • Number of views recorded on your campaign pages
  • Evolution of campaign statuses

Post Campaigns:

  • Acceptance rate: percentage of accepted requests
  • Average response time: average time to respond to a request

Maintain an acceptance rate above 80% and an average response time below 48 hours.

Traffic Tab

Post Campaigns:

Information on the traffic generated by the content posted by influencers.

The product link posted in the publications allows you to track the number of clicks generated.

Make sure to fill in the "Product Link" field when creating your product.

Social Growth Tab

Post and Gifted Reviews Campaigns:

Check the impact of your campaigns on your social networks.

Enter your social media information in your Store settings to access this data.

  1. Use the filters to select the social network and the period to analyze.
  2. Check the number of followers gained thanks to your campaign.
