Managing your stock effectively is essential for ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer demands.
In this article, we'll walk you through the process to streamline your stock management system.
To manage your stock
- Click on Campaign from the main menu
- Create a new campaign, or edit the campaign of your choice
- Then proceed to step 4: Products & Logistics
- Click on the product of your choice and scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on the little pencil
Depending on your shipping process, 3 status are available
Indicates units that have been added to the platform, but not allocated to any campaign (you can add them freely to a campaign by clicking on +).
Awaiting receipt at the warehouse (if your shipping is managed by Skeepers only). If you add 20 units of stock, they will transfer to the Incoming column. When these units arrive at the warehouse, they are validated by our logistics team and transferred to the Available column.

How to change units from one campaign to another
- From the Campaigns tab, select your old and closed campaign
- Proceed to step 4: Products & Logistics
- Click on the product of your choice and scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on the little pencil
- Remove the quantities needed by clicking on the "-" button: the number must then be negative
- The quantities you have removed will now appear in the "available" section
- Go to your new campaign
- Follow the same procedure, but this time click on the "+" button
- Don't forget to save!
Discover variants
In case the product has variants (such as different shades/sizes/colors/options), you must check the box "This product has variants", then fill in the various EAN codes and quantities intended for the campaign.
