We encourage you to showcase content generated by creators on your social networks, websites, product pages, and other marketing materials.
To do so, you will likely need to download the content created by creators.
You can only download content generated by creators from Social Media campaigns
There are 2 ways to download content:
- From the My Community tab
- From the Reports tab
From the My Community tab
- Click on My Community from the top main menu
- Select the influencer whose content you want to download, then click on the past collaboration with you
- A pop-up window will open and give you access to the content created by the creator
- Click on Download
From the Reports tab
- Click on Reports from the top menu
- Then click on Content
- Select the content to download, using filters if necessary
- A pop-up window will open and give you access to the content created by the creator
- Click on Download
You can now use the content wherever you want!
