How to manage the official hashtag and transparency rules for my store?

Transparency Rules

The transparency rules are mandatory and can vary depending on the country in question. These are mandatory in the United States, Germany, and France, and highly recommended in Italy and Spain. They are therefore automatically applied to the stores in these countries.

These are mandatory settings to complete before launching your first campaign.

Where to manage them?

Once logged into your back-office, you will need to click on the name of your brand, and then click on “store settings”:

Then, you will need to go to the “Disclosure terms” section of the settings:

In this section, you will need to provide your official brand name as well as the official hashtag. These two elements will be used by the platform to generate the transparency mentions to include in the description of the creators' content.  

Do not indicate anything other than your brand name.

For example, do not indicate "Skeepers has offered you" because otherwise, the influencers will have to write "offered by Skeepers has offered you."

How to activate transparency rules for my store?

Transparency rules are mandatory for the United States, Germany, and France, and are highly recommended for Italy and Spain. They are already enabled on the Skeepers platform for these countries.
